How crazy is this?

 Alright, quick note: we've had a crazy week and have another crazy week ahead.  Trip to ER for James, he's okay luckily, and an 80 mile running week for me this week, not counting White River 50 mile tomorrow!  James and I are both running White River, James as a Western States qualifier.  Meaning we are just in it for the fun.  It'll be a easy 50 this time around.  Right after the race we have to rush down to Lake Tahoe to, poor us, lead a running tour in one of the most beautiful places on Earth!  The Tahoe Rim Trail.  I know, it's a hard life.  So next week will be a 120-140 mile week. See why we have to take it easy at White River?!!
